JMGC Academy Hand of Hope Initiative
Private Christian Academy KG-12 Grade
Hand of Hope OVERVIEW
The Hand of Hope Initiative is a JMGC Academy outreach program designed to support single-parent households, inner-city families, and low-income minority communities. We provide underprivileged students with a high-quality private school education in a safe, nurturing environment—at no cost to the family.

How It Works
Families may apply and participate in an interview process. Admission is based on availability and need, with priority given to households seeking an alternative to traditional public school education. Our small-classroom model ensures individualized attention, creating the foundation for academic growth and personal development.
- What We Provide
Selected students and families will receive a full academic year of support, including:- Tuition (Step Up Scholarship funding if approved)
- Curriculum and learning materials
- Books and classroom supplies
- Access to online resources
- Field trips and experiential learning opportunities
- School uniforms
- Tutoring and academic support
Beyond the Classroom
We believe in caring for the whole family. In addition to education, participating households receive:
- Monthly food boxes
- Toiletry and hygiene essentials
- Assistance with clothing and household needs
This wraparound support empowers families to focus on stability and growth, while ensuring their children are not limited by financial barriers to education.
